I feel privileged to be able to document family history in this way and bring people joy from my work. My lifetime interest in photography developed into a passion since the birth of my son in 2008.
Being a mother to two young children gives me a good understanding of the dynamics and challenge of family life. I am a people person, I love children and the family environment. I am flexible and understanding and have no problem with the sessions being slightly longer, as young children often need a chance to recuperate and perhaps have a snack part way through the shoot.
Previously I worked in Office Management & Administration before deciding to pursue Photography as a career. I graduated from the University of Surrey, Roehampton in 2004 with a 2’1 BSc Psychology degree. I am fortunate to have been able to transfer my previous office, people skills and educational background to my business in order to pursue my passion.
